Funding information
A General Practitioner Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) may entitle eligible clients to receive a Medicare rebate of $61.80 for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year. If you have reached your Medicare Safety Net threshold, your rebate may increase.
If eligible, we can process your Medicare rebate at the time of your appointment. Please note that Zebras is not responsible for determining eligibility or Medicare processing outcomes.
Zebras does not currently offer bulk billing.
Please check your level of cover and eligibility directly with your private health insurer. Eligible in-person rebates can be processed at your appointment.
Please note that Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants may be able to use funding for services at Zebras.
Please note that Zebras is not currently a registered NDIS provider, which means participants whose plans are NDIA-managed are unable to use funding with us.
We accept both TAC and WorkCover claims at Zebras.
Clients with approved claims are required to pay for their consultation on the day of their appointment. We will provide a receipt for reimbursement through TAC or WorkCover.
Please note that there is often a gap between TAC or WorkCover rebates and Zebras consultation fees.
We offer a 5% concession discount on subsequent consultations for eligible pensioner and Health Care Card holders.
This concession applies to subsequent short, medium and long consultations with our experienced and established practitioners only.
Our client experience team may ask to sight your card to confirm eligibility.
