mentoring and supervision

We proudly offer individual mentoring and supervision sessions to curious health professionals who are looking to learn how to care for their clients whilst supporting their own growth and wellbeing.

In a mentoring relationship, a mentor shares knowledge to meet the educational and emotional needs of a mentee with the intention of growth and career development.

Mentees may be more or less experienced in their field, and mentors typically don’t require formal training though some may choose to do so.

Mentoring

Supervision, also known as clinical or professional supervision, is a structured process where a supervisee is encouraged to reflect on their practice in a safe, confidential and supportive container with the intention of personal and professional development and provision of care that is ethical, effective and sustainable.

Supervision is suitable for all levels of experience, delivered by a trained supervisor and typically includes a greater range of activities than mentoring.
