We see you as a whole person who is beautifully complex and capable of radical change. We believe that your incredible mind is inseparable from your wondrous body and that your body is in fact the purest expression of you.
Because of this we choose to practice in an integrative way, meaning we seek to understand the interaction between your mind, body and environment. We draw on the old wisdom of the East - including the philosophy and practice of yoga - and the new theories of the West - including our current understanding of neuroscience, psychology, systems theory, relational frameworks and the emerging field of epigenetics.
