Daisy (she/her) is an integrative exercise physiologist based in Meanjin, Brisbane.

Daisy works with hypermobile athletes who are looking to build stability and improve their performance using Pilates-based exercise and strength training. Daisy enjoys collaborating with high performance coaches, physiotherapists, surgeons and sports physicians to support her clients in understanding and gaining confidence in their bodies unique capacity to develop safe and effective training practices.
