Our 70sqm unfurnished studio is a warm, adaptable blank canvas designed for movement, creativity and connection. Whether you're facilitating a workshop, teaching a class, hosting a circle, recording content or gathering your community, the space can be shaped to suit you.

Yes.All our spaces include professional cleaning, plus a light reset between bookings.
We simply ask that guests:
Extra cleaning fees only apply if the space requires excessive cleaning.

Yes — there is free two hour street parking on Griffiths Street, as well as nearby paid options on Bridge Road.
Yes. We’re located just off Bridge Road with easy tram access, and within walking distance of nearby train stations.
Absolutely — the studio is unfurnished so you can bring whatever you need for your session or event.
Yes — light catering is welcome however no alcohol is permitted. Please ensure any spills are cleaned and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
Soft to moderate music is welcome. We simply ask that noise remains respectful for neighbouring businesses, especially during the day.
Yes — please include your set-up and pack-down within your booking window so we can maintain smooth transitions between guests.
- Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund.
- Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund.
- Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
- Times include bump in and out of the space.
- Quoted prices are valid for 14 days.
- A cleaning fee of $150 will be incurred where the space is not left as it was found.
